When you are dreaming of your wedding photography, one of the most important elements you should make sure to integrate is that personal touch that shows off who you are, what makes your relationship special, and gives a glimpse into the love and life you share together.
Abbey Kyhl, from AK Studio & Design, makes that personal touch one of her top goals in every single one of her sessions. She helped Summer and Brad combine their love of horses and the outdoors with the love they share to create this adorable engagement session. Laura Stagg from Forevermore Events teamed up with them to add so many additional touches. Many brides probably don’t think to style their engagement sessions the way they plan all the styling of their big wedding days, but you will see from the images below that putting in that extra touch and extra thought to make it special pays off big time.
The bride said of her engagement session, “Our engagements turned out better than I could have expected. I wasn’t sure how it all would come together but I did know one thing, they would be perfect. We took the pictures on my parents property in Washington, Utah. Brad and I wanted every detail of our wedding to be unique to the both of us so taking the pictures in a spot that I was born and raised was a simple choice. Some of my favorite pictures are of Brad and I riding horseback in the pasture. I adore the simplicity of the each shot with the beautiful sun streaming through each picture. The colors were wonderful, the pictures convey Brad and I for who we are perfectly.”
St George Weddings is so in love with this gorgeous country wedding that we have decided to dedicate an entire week to show off their engagement session, bride & groom session, and their gorgeous country wedding day. We hope you are as excited as we are! So for now, enjoy their engagements…and thanks again to AK Studio & Design and Forevermore Events for sharing this gorgeous session with us.
