Thanks to generous private donations, the Alumni House was built in 1996 as an institutional residence for the college president. Later the Dixie State College Board of Trustees approved the use of the institutional residence as the Alumni House.

The Alumni House is a charming and elegant location for all wedding events including ceremonies, receptions, luncheons, and dinners. Included with the rental is the Great Room, Brides Room, kitchen and dining area, patio, and the Truman Gardens.
